Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring that lids are tightened to prevent leaking during transit.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned grooming goods, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
